Recover Forgotten Rajasthan SSO ID And Password

If your mobile number is linked to your account:

  1. Type SMS: RJ SSO
  2. Send to: 9223166166 (from your registered number)
  3. You’ll get your SSO ID via SMS

This works for Citizens, Udhyog, and Government Employees, but only if you’ve logged in at least once after Sept 7, 2018.

Online Method

  1. Open the Official SSO Portal: Go to official Rajasthan SSO portal using web browser.
  2. Click on Forgot Password: On the login page, find and click the “Forgot Password” link.
  3. Enter Your Registered Information: Provide your registered mobile number or email address linked to your SSO account.
  4. Verify with OTP: You’ll receive OTP on your mobile or email. Enter it to confirm your identity.
  5. Set a New Password: Create a new secure password for your SSO ID.
  6. Confirm Your New Password: Re-enter the password to ensure it’s correct.
  7. Login with Your New Password: Once updated, return to the login page and access your account using your SSO ID and the new password.
