Merge SSO ID’s Rajasthan

  1. Login to the Rajasthan SSO Portal: Visit official SSO portal and log in using your Citizen SSO ID and password.
  2. Access Profile Settings: Once logged in, click on the “Edit Profile” option from your dashboard.
  3. Choose to Deactivate Account: In the profile section, click on “Deactivate Account”.
  4. Confirm Deactivation: A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation. Click “Yes” to continue.
  5. Verify Mobile Number: Enter your registered mobile number, then click “Send OTP”. Enter the OTP received on your mobile to verify.
  6. Enter Employee SSO ID Details: Now, enter your Employee SSO ID and its password.
  7. Complete the Merge: Click “Yes” again to confirm. Your SSO accounts will now be merged.
